Terms of Use of my Images:

1. My artwork is protected by copyright and may not be used without license for profit-making/commercial projects but please feel free to use my images on a personal website. I ask only that you include a clickable link back to my website ( www.suzannegyseman.co.uk )  next to or under the image used.  Please note, there is a "right-click copy" block on the image enlargements but I believe it is possible to right-click and save the thumbnail versions of my images.

2. You may use my art for non-commercial use as email siggies and tags so long as you embed copyright information. (I did revoke this permission to prevent abuse but have received several genuine enquiries so have decided to allow this again).

3.  Please don't take my bandwidth. Copy an item to your own harddrive then upload it to your site.

4. My images must not be used in connection with anything offensive such as, but not limited to:  violence, racism, prejudice, cruelty, pornography etc....

5. Please do not use the images on the Commissions (Posters etc)  page, as these were produced for the sole use of the person who commissioned them.

There's no need to contact me individually so long as those conditions are followed, but please check back to this page occasionally in case I've thought of something else. If you have any further questions you can contact me through the Feedback form below.  If you wish me to reply please make sure you enter your email address correctly... I have received enquiries to which I cannot reply due to incorrect email addresses.
