Dear Ms. Penrose,

I am writing to you to request permission to use your artwork.
I am the asst. Manager of a G rated MSN computer hobbyist group that makes signature tags and websets. We all share the love of your art and use Paint Shop Pro by ©Jasc to make our creations.

Because your site does have some nudity MSN will not allow us to have the link to your site on any of our signature tags. Would you be willing to grant us a special permission to use your art without the link? We have this permission from a few other artists already, such as John Lund, Jonathon Earl Bowser & Gail Gastfield. Our members would have to Google for your site to see your work, which would still give you the exposure you are hoping to get from groups such as ours. We would still be able to give you credit on our signature tags with ©Amanda Penrose or however you would like it to be.

Our group is very copyright conscious and include each artist's name on all work created. Our members must also complete a copyright class before they are allowed to do any offers on our site. We believe in requesting an artist's permission before using the artwork.

  None of the tags or websets created are sold or bartered for money or otherwise; nor are they used in any commercial setting.

Do you sell t-shirts/posters etc?

Yes! I have a little shop here (unlinked - cannot link to site)

Can I (or my art group) use your images to create email signatures/new artwork/psp tubes etc.?

If you provide this service for free, then yes, as long as you incorporate my url into the picture (cannot link to site)
Also, please link to my web site from the web page where you give the artwork away.
Invite me to your site too, so that I can see what you've done, although please note that I don't have time to join millions of members only groups.
Please DO NOT use images from my site that state that they are not mine to give away e.g. some images in the Commissions section of my gallery.

Tubes, sparkles, animations etc. are fine as long as you adhere to all of my other rules.
