Subject: Re: Al Feldstein Art Inquiry Permission To Use Art

Dear Susan:

Thank you for your kind words about my Fine Art...and for your request
to use my paintings for stationery, signature tags, etc.

You have my permission to reproduce any of my paintings that you see fit
for such a purpose...

PROVIDING that...

(1) A proper, legible and readable copyright notice, reading as follows:

" Original Painting (c) by Al Feldstein"

will be placed ON or DIRECTLY BELOW THE BOTTOM EDGE of the
    painting.

(2) The copyright notice will act as a link to my Online Gallery web site:

                          http://www.alfeldstein.com

(3) The painting will only be reproduced in its entirety... with no
editing, feathering, cropping, tubing, etc.

....and...

(4) The reproduction will not be used in any way for sale or for profit.

If the above 4 provisions are acceptable, go ahead and use my
paintings... and advise me of when you do and where I can see their
use... so that I can check to see that they carry the proper copyright
notices, that their copyright notices are, indeed, acting as links to my
web site.

MAD-ly yours,
Al Feldstein
