Please Read Carefully
You will find images shown below that are not allowed to be used.
Kenny Kiernan is now 1/2 AMI (Paid artist Images) and 1/2 Free usage

 1) You don't alter the line work of the characters themselves,
although tubes, resizing, simple animations and adding little
sparkles/glitter, etc. is fine with me
. 2) You include my copyright
info and URL (© Kenny Kiernan, and KennyK.com, link if possible) and
3) You send me an occasional link to a temporary non-password-
required page where I can grab a bunch of the images, or send me
copies of a few accumulated tags at a time, because I'd like to know
what's being done with the work (without having to join a group and
do that whole password/page navigation thing which becomes time
consuming real quick).

I can't allow the use of images on my site that I've
identified as a corporate job. In other words, none of the
Gap,
Hasbro, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell stuff, etc –?except where it's
listed as a "design" (which implies that the art was submitted but
not used as the final product ?

so the ESPN/Fisher-Price sports kids
are OK, the Hasbro rock band characters are OK.)

What can also be used: any images listed as stickers, self-promotion,
Mendola Artists Calendar art, e-cards, postcards, editorial/spot
illustrations for magazines, comp/concept art, comics, go for it!

And here's a hidden PSP'ers-only page with some new sticker girls:
http://www.kennyk.com/glamgang.htm

Thanks for getting my work out there, I'm looking forward to seeing
the stuff!
I'm working on getting my online store open sometime in February with
t-shirts, stickers, buttons, etc., and will be sending out an
announcement e-mail when it's up and running. Would you please pass
on the info to your group?

Images that cannot be used in accordance with Kenny K's permission.  Please view the images below and check back when making tags please; to be sure you haven't accidentally used one of these.

Thanks so much!!

(Removed images since it is only a saved of a previous permission.  Images no longer needed

Many thanks for all of the support and enthusiasm for my artwork that the PSP community has shown me over the last few years. It is after much consideration and deliberation that I've arrived at my decision to go to PTU (Pay to Use) only, in order to maintain better conrol over my business and copyrights, and how my work is used on the web.

You can find my tubed artwork at (AMI) for usage license purchases. Full packages, single tubes and other custom licensing options are available - check out AMI's excellent site, there's a ton of great work on display there.

If you have a group that has posted my free use artwork in the past, you do not have to panic and dredge through all the old posts for deletes. You only need to obtain a license to continue use of those images/tubes. If you own a website/social networking page/group page featuring my artwork, you will now need a license to display those works, as I have no way of knowing when they were created. Thanks again to everyone!

Dear Mr. Kiernan,
I am writing to you to request permission to use your artwork.
I am the asst. Manager of an MSN computer hobbyist group that makes signature tags and websets.  We all share the love of your art and use Paint Shop Pro by ©Jasc to make our creations.

Our group is very copyright conscious and include each artist's name and web address on all work created.  Our members must also complete a copyright class before they are allowed to do any offers on our site.  We believe in requesting an artist's permission before using the artwork.

None of the tags or websets created are sold or bartered for money or otherwise; nor are they used in any commercial setting.

Will you grant your permission for us to use your artwork?  If so, please advise on the use of tubing and animation.

                                                 Thank-you for your time.

                                                          Sincerely,
                                                     Susan Sigvaldson

Hey Susan --

Thanks for the email! Yes, you have my permission, thanks for asking
?here's the TOU I've been sending out to PSP'ers:

I'm cool with using my work for non-commercial signature tags and
email stationery, websets, etc. (except for the "big corporation
stuff": see disclaimer below), as long as:

1) You don't alter the line work of the characters themselves,
although tubes, resizing, simple animations and adding little
sparkles/glitter, etc. is fine with me.

Here's my disclaimer about The Big Corporation Stuff: Unfortunately,
some suit-and-tie corporate people get unreasonably bent out of shape
when they discover anyone's using an image they may have had some
involvement with previously. I'd prefer to avoid that whole hassle
completely, so I can't allow the use of images on my site that I've
identified as a corporate job. In other words, none of the Gap,
Hasbro, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell stuff, etc –?except where it's
listed as a "design" (which implies that the art was submitted but
not used as the final product ?so the ESPN/Fisher-Price sports kids
are OK, the Hasbro rock band characters are OK.)

What can also be used: any images listed as stickers, self-promotion,
Mendola Artists Calendar art, e-cards, postcards, editorial/spot
illustrations for magazines, comp/concept art, comics, go for it!

And here's a hidden PSP'ers-only page with some new sticker girls:
http://www.kennyk.com/glamgang.htm

Thanks for getting my work out there, I'm looking forward to seeing
the stuff! I'd also like to invite you and any of your members who
might be interested to join my own brand-new MSN group, Kenny K's
Kool World (http://groups.msn.com/KennyKsKoolWorld) which we just
launched New Year's day ?activities, contests, prizes, all that
stuff, and of course, lots of Kool tags! Can I put my banner up in
your group?

I'm working on getting my online store open sometime in February with
t-shirts, stickers, buttons, etc., and will be sending out an
announcement e-mail when it's up and running. Would you please pass
on the info to your group?

thanks very much!
