You are allowed to use these graphics for commercial or non-commercial projects and you can freely distribute or sell anything that you create, for example: Sig tags, web design, tags, stationary, scrap booking, etc. And You can alter the images in anyway you wish, this includes cutting, re-sizing, re-coloring, etc.
A link back to this site is not required although very appreciated!
If your group requires copyright on the image "Art (c) Anita Lee Creations" is appropriate.
You can use the images in tutorials providing I am given full credit and a link back to this website.
Upload the image to your own server and offer it from there ... you will not be able to direct link the image from here.
However THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN OFFER THEM IN A TUBE COLLECTION.
You can NOT redistribute these images as tubes, brushes, .psd files, or clipart. You may burn a copy of them to a CD for your own personal use, but not distribute or sell this CD. Under no circumstances may any image or component thereof be resold as part of any clip art collection. Also you can not share the tubes themselves through "tube groups". I prefer people come to my site to download the tubes,
where they can clearly see my terms.
You can however share tags, Incredimail etc. that you create from the tubes in groups.
