Download and/or use of anything from this site constitutes your agreement with my terms, whether or not you actually read them. Thanks for taking the time to check them out.  Do not, under any circumstances, direct link to anything on this site. Doing so is theft of bandwidth, which I cannot afford to, and will not, ignore. To download to your own hard drive, right click on the image desired, choose 'save image as', and save to a folder on your hard drive. My linkware sets are available for use in your own personal or commercial website , in exchange for a link back to http://rainbowrowgraphics.com on the page(s) in which the graphics are used. Sets featuring the work of contemporary artists may NOT be used in any site that offers anything whatsoever for sale or barter. These sets are available for use in personal sites only! Generic 'credits' pages are not acceptable, since they make it difficult for your visitors to determine from which of the listed sites a particular set or image originates. There are linking logos at the bottom left of this page, under the navigation buttons. Under no circumstances is any of my work to be offered for download or for sale from your own or any other site, or from any other business venue. This includes, but is not limited to, use of my printables in craft sales. If someone expresses an interest in anything you may have downloaded from this site, please offer them the link so that they may see what else I have available. The expense and the work of providing these graphics to you is mine, and since I offer them freely, nobody else should be profiting from them either. My work is not available to those who build websites for others for a fee, whether bartered or monetary. I'm sorry, but as I said above, if anyone is going to benefit financially from my work, it should be me, and since I don't ask for payment for my work, neither should you. If you feel that I'm being unfair, please contact me and I'll be happy to explain my reasoning to you. I'm pretty easy to get along with, and I don't bite! :) You may not include my work as an example in a portfolio which is put together with the intent of acquiring paying clients. This applies whether or not you were paid for developing the site in which you used my work.  My work is not available for use in sites of an adult nature, nor in sites which advocate hatred, bigotry, or abuse in any form. Bottom line...if your site is not suitable for viewing by children, please look elsewhere for graphics.  Please do not alter my work in any way. Do not resize, recolor, or chop up images for use in any other image. I spend a lot of time on my graphics, and I like them the way they are. If you require changes or additions, please contact me and I'll be happy to help if possible.  Do not claim my work as your own, and do not include it in any other collection, in any medium, whether for download or for sale.  My tubes are my own drawings. Please do NOT Use them for 'adoptables' without my consent . Pass them through online groups or email lists without also including a link back to this site. Add them to any image archive on your own or any other site. Under no circumstances are they available for use in any product which is for sale, unless you first request and receive my consent to use them. You may use them to make signature tags, provided you include a visible credit to my site within the tag itself. I don't require anything that will detract from your own work, nor do I require a 'clickable' link. Just a small 'tube from Rainbow Row' is sufficient, and will help others find them if they see something they like.  None of the images that decorate my site are available for download. Please respect my right to retain exclusive use of this part of my work for my own site.
