Due to a large amount of requests and loyal fans, I have decided to allow the use of my work for tagging purposes for a small fee. I apologize for the continuous changes in my policies, but due to requests and debates about the use of PSP'ers abusing permissions and decreasing sales from this site, I have had to try a couple of different options. All permissions previously given are still valid for any work posted prior to October 12th. You may use any old tags or sigs previously created without paying the new fee. All new tags and new art must be purchased. NO Art in the Collector's Gallery may be used as tags. These are exclusive images and are not available for use. Paying of the fee only allows use of the art as tags and tubes in private groups and emails. It DOES NOT allow distribution or display of the tags on any public domain site. You may NOT resell the images or any tags created using the images for any type of profit! All Terms of Use listed below MUST still be followed. I really appreciate the loyalty of those who have used my work for tagging and tubing and hope you will understand my descision in this matter. It is not nogotiable! The fee will be $2.00 for the use of every 5 images. FEES are NOT Refundable! Once payment is recieved, clean higher resolution images will be emailed to you. If any infringement is found, all PSP permissions will be revoked, and legal action will be taken.
TERMS:
1. All tags and tubes MUST have '© Abranda Icle Sisson' embedded in the image.
2. A link back to www.muddvision.com would be greatly appreciated for tag use and is a MUST for all tagging groups.
3. For groups using my work, a link to or a copy of this TERMS OF USE must be availabe and posted for users and members to see.
4. NO IMAGE MAY BE REDISTRIBUTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROFIT OR SALE! This includes donations, sales, or sale as part of any collection!
5. DO NOT link to the images directly. Please download and save to your own harddrive.
6. DO NOT mix another artists work wih my work. This makes crediting the work confusing.
7. You may alter images by way of removing backgrounds, adding movement, sparkles, borders, etc. You MAY NOT alter the work beyond the reasonable recognizability.
8. YOU MAY NOT submit any images to other webites for use as copyright free works. THESE IMAGES ARE COPYRIGHTED. If you have any other questions, please feel free to Email me. Can I display your work on my website for artists?
You may use my images exactly the way they are now posted to dispay on any site that creates a gallery of work that PROPERLY credits artists works. All images must remain exactly as they are now posted, no editing may be done, besides proportional resizing. And coyright credit with a link back to my site MUST be given. DO NOT link directly to my images. Please copy them to your hard drive.

I have implemented a new donation process for those
who appreciate me as an artist in turn for the use of my work as tags and tubes.
Any donation is appreciated as I don't usually make sales from taggers
and tubbers and they are probaly my biggest fan base. If you do make a donation
of $5.00 or more, I will send you a small gift in appreciation.
(Usually a greeting card, sticker set, or Fairy Bubbles) If you would like to donate
