RULES FOR SIG TAGS:

You can now use my free graphics, or the purchasewares if you pay for them, to create sig tags that you share with other people. Note: Only graphics from my GraphicGarden.com website - not Art4Crafts.com. The following rules apply (please read carefully):

1) You must send me an email with your full name so that I can add you to my database. The reason is that if I need to stop allowing sig tag sharing in future, only people who are in the database (and abide by the rules) may continue using the graphics. (If you only create sig tags for your own use you don't need to register.)

2) The tags must be personalized by you with the recepient's name, covering the original graphic (at least in part). If you display the tags for people to choose between you need to put "Sample" on top of them, or your own name. Generic sig tags (blank or with general sayings/greetings), or the original graphic, may not be shared.

3) Minor alterations are allowed, such as animating and adding of sparkles.

4) Sig tags may not be sold under any circumstances, and it's not allowed to charge for customization.

5) Credit needs to be given. Add © GraphicGarden.com in readable text on all tags (same layer as actual graphic). If you offer the tags from a website or MSN Group etc. I'd appreciate it if you put a link to http://www.graphicgarden.com/ on it.

You are welcome to use the graphics on tangible things that you sell/share and to decorate your business paperwork, such as calling cards, hang tags etc., under the following agreement:

1) Only finished, tangible items are allowed. This means: No patterns of any kind, iron ons, rubber stamps, stickers, etc.. Example: You can sell something that you have embroidered the graphic onto, but not the actual embroidery design. Viking Software/Husqvarna (plus a few people who purchased a licence while it was still available) have exclusive rights to sell/share digitized designs.

2) If you want to use a graphic more than 200 times per year there is a one time fee (currently US$50) for the use of as many of my graphics as you want. Just send me an email and I'll tell you how to order. Thanks!

3) No mass production. The items must be handmade by you personally.

4) My copyright notice ('Artwork © GraphicGarden.com', in readable size) must be included; either on the actual product or at a card or hang tag attached to it. If you sell the items off a website and/or eBay, there must be clickable credits linked to www.graphicgarden.com, next to the items.

5) Items created from the graphics may not be distributed in any digital media (websites, emails, CDs, PSP tubes, sig tags, auction templates etc.). Meaning: If you want to share/sell what you create you must print it first. However, for viewing purposes you are of course welcome to post photos or scans of your finished crafts on a website etc..

1) Note that templates (for eBay etc.) are not allowed. Custom/one-of-a-kind sites only, that you design and build especially for the customer. If something is unclear, don't hesitate to ask.

2) If you use only my free graphics there is no fee for you or your client.
Important: If my purchaseware graphics are to be used each client must purchase his/her own copy.

3) You need to read and abide to the terms of use above and will also make your clients aware of them. Among other things this means that...
- The graphics may only be used 'as is' - not to be altered.
- You will add a link to http://www.graphicgarden.com/ on all pages (note: pages, not sites) where you use the graphics.
