Please read all terms.

You May

You may use the outline designs to paint in any way you like.
You may use YOUR painted designs for anything you want to use them for.
You may use YOUR painted design for personal or commercial use.
This means, once you have painted the design, you may do with it as you wish.

You MAY NOT

Redistribute my B&W drawings, Pixel Patterns, or Vector Files in any format.
Do not send them through email or any mailing list.
Distribute them through a group or any forum.
Do not offer them on a website for download.
Do not offer them on any CD or Disk.
Do not offer them within in any collection.
Do not use these designs on any site containing pornography, profanity or low moral standards.
Do not remove the Ginny's Designs emblem from the original pattern.
You may not redraw the designs using mine as a pattern and claim them as your own.
You may not write tutorials for my designs without my express permission.

My Painted Designs
(tubes, pixels, websets)

You May Use my graphics to:

1.  Make sig tags, adoptions, gift exchanges, stationery and other creations for yourself, friends, or for sale by you.
A link of credit is not required on a sig tag or adoption, although it would be appreciated.

2.  You may use them to create web designs for yourself or to sell.  Please provide a credit link on the webset.  You may use my banner, create a matching banner or even use a text link.

3.  You my create avatars for yourself or others on forums.  No credit required on avatar's.

4.  You may colorize them if necessary.  I would prefer that you contact me and ask for me to recolorize using the original graphic.  But you may also do this yourself by using the magic wand to select the area you want to recolor and then use the Colorize to color them.  Keep in mind that re-coloring them DOES NOT make them your designs.

5.  The Ginny's Designs emblem must stay intact on any of my finished graphics and tubes.

You MAY NOT use my finished tubes and graphics to create tubes for Paint Shop Pro or any other program, or redistribute them in their original format.  You Must create something from them.

If you have a website, I do require a link back and credit for use of my finished graphics.  You may use one of my banners or create one that matches your webset.

Use of My Tutorials

Please do not use the scripting tool on any of my tutorials  and send them to anyone

Do not copy and send any tutorials via email.

Do not post or use any tutorials in forums or groups without my permission.

Do not link directly to the tutorials from your site without my permission, please link to the entrance page.

Do not use any graphics within the tutorials to write your own.

Please do not take my tutorials and "revise" them and claim them as your own.

Please do not repost any tutorials without my permission without permission from Ginny's Designs.

Please do not translate my tutorials without permission from Ginny's Designs.

What you create from any of my tutorials is yours to do with as you wish.

You may download 1 copy of any of my tutorials for personal use offline.   Do Not redistribute it.

I have tried to keep my terms easy and still allow you to have freedom to use these graphics and have fun with them. I do reserve the right to change these Terms of Use as and when I find it necessary.   If you have any questions regarding these terms please feel free to email me and ask.
