Can I make signature tags/graphics out of your art?
I am a little hesitant to give my permission for others to use my art in this way. This is because in the past I, as well as many other artists, have had problems with others taking art without permission, claiming it as their own and even selling it and making a profit from OUR hard work! Please remember ALL artwork is created by real people who put their very heart and soul and many hours of hard work into each piece they create so please think of the artist first. Please give clear credit for ALL art you use from any artist. Please pass this message on to others who forget to give artists credit. A lot of artists also make their living with their work so NEVER NEVER NEVER sell homemade things like address labels, bracelet charms, buttons ect from images found online that don’t belong to you.

In the past I have given and taken away permission for this type of thing due to me being to indecisive. After many months of thinking very thoroughly I have decided it would be just fine to let others play with my art in this way. I realize that creating sigs and stuff using my artwork is another way of showing that my art is loved. By adding my URL to the graphic itself will also bring more visitors to my website and more busyness witch will allow me to continue to create art.

I agree to let others use my art for NON PROFIT graphics for fun such as sigs, icons, layouts, etc within the limits of these 5 simple rules:

1. Clearly add "Art By Krisgoat www.krisgoat.com " on the tag/graphic itself.
2. DO NOT use my artwork for profits - such actions are punishable by law. That means no home made stuff like address labels, bracelet charms, buttons ect. Only my professionally licensed merchandise is aloud to be sold and resold for profits.
3. Don’t claim that you drew the art yourself. Honestly now, that’s just plain wrong.
4. Have fun! And please show off your creations at the Goat Farm Forum!!! I would really love to see them!

Important facts

The following is also allowed IF these credits have already been embedded
into the art.   No other credit is necessary.  Do not resize smaller than 400 on some.  IF you cannot read the credits after resizing, then don't use the tubes.

If you have a tube or piece of art that has no credits, then
apply the credits inside the credit box as shown above.

I am sorry but I cannot allow people to make sigs from my work if the URL to my website isn’t on it. That would be seriously breaking my TOU. In order to have proper credit my name AND URL must on the tag. I cannot change my art or website for MSN. I don’t agree that nakedness should even be considered adult. Having sex or sexual situation on the other hand is most definitely adult witch my art does not suggest.
