sure, as long as you give credit and a link back to loish.net, otherwise it's just art theft. please send me a link so i can see it, i always enjoy seeing what people have done with my images.

[2b] i run an MSN group that makes sigs with PSP, can i get permission to use your artwork?

there is no need to email me requesting permission for this. again, it's fine as long as you write ON THE SIG that the art is by loish, and provide a link back to loish.net. please don't email me to get permission; i've gotten hundreds (no exaggeration; seriously, hundreds) of emails requesting this and it's all quite unecessary. just do what you most likely know is the right thing: give credit.
