Currently I do allow use of my images for strictly non-profit, personal use sig tags and tubes as long as they include my copyright and website information.  They must be family-friendly themes, ie no violence/sexuality.  You don't have to email me if you would like to use my art in sig tags/tubes, as long as you follow the above rules.  :)  Thanks!
