NEW Terms of Use 8th September 2008 (please see below for details regarding previous licensing with AMI)

�?nbsp;   The use of my artwork and photography for non-profit purposes/personal use and fun is allowed with permission. Please email me for permission and follow my tou.

�?nbsp;   I always require a link back and © as follows:

�?nbsp;   Cropping, tubing, sparkles, animation, etc are allowed, I love what you guys can do! I’d love to see them too so send me one sometimes, I’d really appreciate it!

�?nbsp;   No image in part or whole may be sold for the purpose of profit and no donation buttons or similar regarding my art.
And you can’t sell any products you make using my art/photography without arranging a commercial agreement with me.

�?nbsp;   My poetry can also be included within the permission in part or in whole.

�?nbsp;   Please don’t hotlink to my pages/work.

NOTE: Some images were previously in packages with AMI when I was licensed with them. These images are NOT allowed to be used at all except by those who paid for the license with AMI �?sorry but off bounds for free use. Any of those shown will be clearly marked as NOT allowed, all others are fine to use.

As from 8th September 2008, my work will no longer be licensed by Artistic Minds Inc (AMI) for tags, sigs, tubes, wallpapers, banners, etc.
After two enjoyable years with AMI, I have made the decision to step back from licensing for tag/psp purposes and once again allow free usage of my work through agreed permissions (please contact for terms and permission �?new tou will be placed on my site asap)

If you have previously purchased any of my packages which were licensed by AMI, those licenses still stand and the images offered as packages there will NOT be available for free use to anyone - AMI package images can only be used by those who bought those packages/images via AMI.
Any questions about this please contact either myself or AMI.

So to summarise �?I am now back to being an artist allowing free use for sig tags, banners, tuts, etc under my tou.

I allow my art/photography to be displayed on your webpage as long as the following terms are observed.

•  The site must not be commercial.
• You must not hotlink to any of my images.
