The chat schedule is up to Smile, and although some prefer messenger chat, some also prefer the chat room which I think is more appropriate since we have it then we should be using it. It also is improper to drag people into messenger and keep them in a chat window when they aren't even there.

If you would like to chat other than the specified times then you are welcome to post that you're in the chat room and you can also put it as a message in your messenger so others know that you are there so they can come join you.

Hi, I am the one the dragged someone into im chat the other day, I am really sorry this is a problem. From now on I will send an im asking if you want to join our chat and then if you do, I will bring you in, or who ever is hosting chat.

I have heard one rather important reason not to use our chatroom. It is because what is said there stays until I delete it. I will see if I can change that but I like knowing what I have missed and I have heard the same from others. Anyone have a middle of the road idea? Remember no one can get into our chat unless we invite them. So only the family can see what is said just like our message boards (no matter where they are

)

All of my emails are now working :) WOO HOO So please only use one address, if you use multiple addresses to make sure I get it I get multiples of the same email :) If you don't know what I mean don't worry, I would rather have 100 of the same message than miss one from you :)

I am redoing chats right now, any suggestions for times, days, or topics? :)

I am the night owl here, so it's hard for me to come up with times that are suitable for others. Usually, when I'm here in the afternoon, it means I was unable to sleep. I'll let others decide, and I'll try to be there. I was getting ready for work at the time for trivia last night. I didn't get up earlier to do so, because I didn't get much sleep as it was due to flaring. Do we necessarily need a topic for each session? I think we should have at least one "open" session, and if there is something specific someone would like to discuss, they can post it on the general board prior to that session. Betta Sue
