Betta,  she has been under way too much stress lately. She is beyond overwhelmed, over extended, from work, beading, groups, emails, and now the holidays too :(. I am worried about her and what this will do to her health. All of my red flags go off with everything Betta does and says. I want to help her I just don't know how. She is in my other group and I chat with her in IM but please if you have any ideas, suggestions, or anything, please tell me! Thank you all so much, I know you can help me help Betta and I know you all love her and need to help her too. |
