Ok question here in Michigan we are going through the typical if you don't like the weather today stick around and it will be different tomorrow. Well we had 70 degree weather last week and then.......RAIN, SLEET AND POSSIBLE SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So my question is does the change in weather effect you and if so what do you do to help yourself get through it?
I have really bad pain right now and my reynaud's is acting up my feet are turning blue and I am back to dropping things. What am I doing for this, staying on my pain meds regularly and wearing hand and wrist braces. I am also wearing my ankle brace to help with my EDS. I also am trying to keep my joints warm. I also am meditating and praying alot! God has never let me down and I know He will get me through another winter.
