I have found and had it proven that it is not really the actual weather but the air pressure. If you have or can buy a cheap (but working and reliable) barometer you can actually chart the days. You can find out how much rise or drop will affect you. You can get some that give predictions up to 7 days at a time and once you know how much drop (or raise) affects you, you have a better idea of what is going to happen to you.
