Thanks, that's the best I've found so far too.  I guess I'm on the right track.

Your right, no matter what I do I hurt after awhile.  I get up frequently.

We bought one of those foam mattress pads at Costco, like the Cuddle-ewe one.  It was invented by NASA and gives and then comes back.  They also advertise one like it on TV.  I have a pillow made out of the same thing and I sit on that sometimes.

Thank you for sharing.  I'll try my heating pad under my sit bones and see if that helps.  I have arthritis and Post Polio Syndrome which is making it hard to get up and down to relieve the Fibro.
