Have you come across anything that says genetics can make two family members more susceptible to cancer, even though they are different types?

 

For example: one brother gets a brain tumor and another brother gets leukemia. Could it be the same genetic problem that made them more likely to develop cancer cells?

What about multiple types of cancer in a single person?
