Welcome to our newsletter

The goal of this newsletter is to bring important news, announcements, and information to the family. This is a family newsletter. Please email me [email protected] with anything you want to contribute to the letter.

Member Highlight
Our member highlight is

Sweet_Maryn2
Mary/Sweet

Sweet joined our family in September of 2003, She had been diagnosed with fibro and wanted information. A friend of hers sent her to us and we have been lucky to have her :)
She enjoys the fun, laughter, support, friendships, and all the info she has found here. She also thinks this is the best supportive family ever!! We are thanks to Sweet and everyone else :)
For fun she enjoys spending time with her family, sledding with her wonderful girls, posting in Smiling, and church activities :)
Her hobbies are reading, cooking, gardening, and Bible study and prayer.
She has an incredible family that consists of her wonderful husband MedicBob, she calls him a blessing. They have been happily married for 10 years :) They have 3 children, Robert Jr, he is their little angel in heaven and died when he was 9 1/2 weeks old. Elizabeth is 7 years old and such a beautiful and kind hearted little princess. Maria is 5 and full of life! She keeps Sweet very busy and is as cute as a button. They also have the cutest hamster Judy Ann and Sweet can't believe she allowed a rodent into her house but she is truly a big part of their family!
Her favorite movies are Ghost and the American President are tied. Ghost because it is the first movie she ever watched with her wonderful hubby. She has always loved a good romance and that is what The American President is.
Her favorite holiday is Christmas because of the wonderful peace that surrounds it :)
Her favorite book is "Left Behind Series" by Tim Lahaye and Jerry Jenkins. It is her favorite book because it tells of when her Savior will return.
Her favorite singers are Newsboys because they are a great Christian group and very uplifting and spiritual.
Her favorite food is "Rocky road ice cream!!! Because chocolate, marshmallows and nuts are a staple in life!"
One thing she would like others to know about her is she loves the life God has given her. She also has been told she has a wonderful singing voice :)
Sweet's pet peeve is obnoxious people, because she hates when people feel they have to be loud and rude.
She would like to see more people posting, and she says "believe me I need to get better at posting myself! Why, because through posting and chats we get to know each other better."
Her hero is Jesus because of what he did for her.
Last, she wants everyone to know, she loves being part of the Smiling Fibros family. "You are the best family ever and I thank you all for being part of my life."

Tips
Dusting Ornate Picture Frames
If small grooves are filled with dust, use a cotton swab to remove it. You also can squeeze a clean, empty, plastic squeeze bottle to blow out the dust or gently vacuum with the upholstery brush.
