• You must be on the Family Tree list.
• The amount of time you may keep the scarf is determined by me and will depend on the need and who is waiting for it.
• It must be passed on clean, no strong scents, no smoke.  Gentle auroma therapy scents ok
• Enclosed with the scarf will be a small mailing fund, use it if you need it, add $1.00 if you can.
• Enclosed with the scarf will also be an extra envelope, use it if you need it replace it if you can.
• Request the scarf for anything you need or want it for, each time you have the scarf add something, button, charm, pin, ribbon that represents you.

Here is a sample request:

Sweet Mary: requesting the scarf 11/05/06 for support for a doctor eval.

Once she has the scarf she will post

Sweet Mary: received the scarf 11/04/06

Once she mails it out she will post

Sweet Mary: mailed the scarf to _______ on 11/08/06 and added a candy charm.

This is the rough draft so please make as many suggestions and comments as you can so this works the way it is meant to :)  We want to be able to support our family the best way we can :)
