Well to me it is more the way I see it then the way it is.  I think chaos is disorder, confusion, topped off with a touch of fear.

OK. Now let me ask more.
 
Is chaos only an individual or group problem? What I mean is, can chaos be all encompassing? Or if we understood everything and could control everything, would chaos be impossible?
