What did I do wrong?  I typed my receipe in Word.  Did a copy and paste to the reply.

You did nothing wrong.  What happens is Word uses hidden symbols for it text formating.  So when you copy and paste the hidden symbols are no longer hidden.  If you use plain text you will not see those symbols.  But we are usedto them and read around them :)

I've noticed if you copy and paste it into notepad THEN copy it from there, the symbols go away.
