It just doesn't get done. I feel that if I can get in and out of bed, get to the bathroom as needed and make a peanut & butter sandwich, then I have done all that is necessary that day. Just wait it out, the pain will eventually ease up enough to do more.
VERY WELL SAID. I AM JUST NOW AFTER THREE YEARS DEALING W/CFS UGH...I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TAKEN 2 SLEEPING PILLS AND NOW I AM GOING TO TRY TO STAY UP. THE ONLY THING THAT I DO IS I WILL NOT GO BACK TO MY BEDROOM. I FEEL IT'S LIKE A DUNGEON...DARK/DEPRESSING. I WILL NAP ON THE COUCH OR ROCKER/RECLYNER. I AM VERY SCARED OF THE DOOM AND HOW ALOT OF PEOPLE JUST GET SUCKED. I AM SO SORRY 4 U. I AM SUCH A NEWBIE, I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST MY BODY FEELS IT MUST CATCH UP LOL LOL. I WISH U ALL THE POSITIVE THOUGHTS WHEN IT SUCKS....OF COURSE U R NEVER ALONE W/THIS GROUP. I LUV EM', CAT
Thank you I have to get over the guilt of doing nothing and since it is all I have been able to do for so long you would think I could but it is so hard :(
I think too often we are too worried about what others may think-friends or family....someone that might knock on our door--of us or how our home or yard looks...sometimes I worry about not getting things done for David or the kids but if they are worried about it then they will do something about it if I can't....when I can't...chores are assigned days and either they get done or they don't.....
I do what I can when I can....if someone else doesn't like it then they can do something to help or turn on their ignore...
