This is really hard for me because I am used to hiding when things are bad but I decided to change that and the best way I can think of to do that is to post everything that is happening to me that doesn't seem like fibro.  So here goes:

  • losing time-actually losing between minutes to hours :(  I have no idea what I did or why it happens but it happens often usually just a couple minutes but the ones that scare me are hours.
  • falling down-all the sudden either the world spins out of control or my legs just give out and down I go.
  • can't move-this has only happened to me when I wake up.  I wake up and can not move anything but my eyes.  This has lasted also between minutes and over an hour.  It doesn't happen that often maybe once or twice a month.
  • buzzing feet-They buzz so much sometimes they keep me awake if I am sleeping or distract me when I am awake.  It is almost non stop just varies on how loud or hard.
  • can't talk-no not just can't find the right word but can't talk.  This one just happened once a few days ago.  It lasted over an hour and was horrible for a person with such a big mouth.
  • headaches-I have the normal ones, cap, band, ice pick, but I also have a tingling one that hurts but feels really strange.
  • weaknes-this is the most similar to fibro but still it feels different.

I have those on top of the normal fibro pain, weakness, fog, memory loss, and more.  I have also had three mri's in the last 5 years and nothing showed.  I just need to know what is wrong with me.  Is this all just fibro?  I have never read anything that says fibro does the kinds of things I am talking about now :(  So family I really need you.  Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?  Oh, and most of these things happen when I am stressed, worried, or rushing.

Mega hugs and love to my incredible family :) :) :)

Smile, i can answer the not being able to move part, i have read on it cause it happened to me a few times, See your body paralizes you when you fall asleep when you are in deep sleep so you don't get up and do all the things you do in your sleep, makes sense right? Well, our problem is that when we get into deep sleep we can be startled awake or just wake up cause of whatever reason, and when you do your brain is still paralized, a scarey feeling im sure! i know it is i have been there, i have not discussed this with anyone either.........

I don't know about alot of the other stuff, let me think on it and i will get back to you...........

You should talk to your doctor asap.  Some of the symptoms sound like MS.  Make sure that you tell the dr ALL of your symptoms.  Could be fibro, something else, or nothing.

Ahh Sweetie, I understand why you seem like you have to hide. But NOT from US!! .. I know you think I'm crazy but go get tested for ALS.  Nerve type tests etc. It will tell them other things besides weather you have ALS.
              Just a suggestion..
                         PLEASE keep us posted...

Thank you for all your replies, I have decided to tell the Dr everything :(  No symptom is going to be withheld any more :(  I have a two page list of everything that has happened to me and is still happening.  We see the doctor tomorrow.  I am going to ask about both ALS and MS.  I have been tested about three times for MS in the last 4 years.  I really need to know why all this is happening to me.  It keeps getting worse :(

Morning Smiles and All,
Another thing to check is maybe the stones you are wearing in your ears. They might be causing some odd electrical impulses with the brain waves. I didn't notice which stones you are wearing but maybe it time to change them out.
Just another thought.

Love and Hugz

((((Smile))))
Those symptoms sound quite alarming!
I would ask your doc to run some tests, like an MRI, bloodwork...whatever it takes to rule things out. Keep us posted on your progress, ok?

Thank you all :)
Well since I posted that I did come clean with my Doctor :(  First he said he would send me to a neuro, great!!!!
Then I did more research!!!!  All of these are part of fibro :( :) can't decide if it is good or not :( :)  So here is what I found out :)
  • lost time is the brain's way of handling pain that is either so bad or lasting too long (usually for me it is when it lasts too long)
  • falling down and trouble with stairs also fibro.  equilibrium trouble is one of the 50 signs of fibro
  • can't move also one of the 50 signs severe muscle weakness
  • buzzing feet now this one they can't figure out, my mri's come back fine, my blood sugar and pressure are fine so why the heck to I buzz?  I figure it's cause I'm special :)  anyone want to disbute that one :) :) :) LOL
  • can't talk- this also they can't figure out but I think it was a severe case of memory impairment which is of course also one of the 50 signs of fibro
  • headaches again yup you guessed it one of the 50 signs of fibro

So all this added up and then the results turned out to be....drum roll please....I.....have.....FIBRO!!!!!!!!!!

LOL LOL ROFL ROFL

my nerou. grt doc. and i have had to try to figure out ...my thigh numbness. i feel that it is so bad i feel like i can stick a pin in and i would never fell it. i will tell mri's r good/bad. it's supposed to be able to actually show (pain). strange huh. i have been told by the doc. he sent me for all that  stuff. he too also sent me for ms. etc. i have been told that the tingly/itchy,pain. could be a pinched nerve...they hardly ever showed..the doc. even told me this(cool guy) my cervical/neck goes backwards. while it's supposed to go forward. nuts lol lol. so i am going to do an emg to test all the nerves. i feel very sorry that u have to deal w/ the not knowing feeling  (yuck) hope all turns out for the good.  oh, i don't know if u have used this site.  webmd.com  great!!!! try it. missed everyone say hey. take care, cat
