I really would like input on this so please whatever your opinion is please post it :)

What do you do when you can't move but you hate wasting the day on the couch?  I still have at least 4 days a month where the pain is too high or too sharp for me to move.  I need some suggestions :)  Thank you :)

How do you explain to little grandkids that you can't pick them up or do the things with them you want to do?  We now have 14 grandkids!!!!!  Well, one on the way :)  We have three from Manda (who has made it clear she wants us not to contact her so we send cards to the kids), two from Jessie (but her ex remarried and the lady has a kid and they are haing a kid so that makes 4), we have 4 from Billy, 2 from Andee, and 1 from Terese.  So out of all of those we can see 11 of them and most are under 9 :(  So I really need this advice :)

#1.  Don't think of it as wasting a day.  Give your self permission to take a day off.
#2.  Use this time to make lists of things that you need.
#3.  Read that book that you haven't gotten to yet.
#4.  Have someone rent those movies you have wanted to watch.

#1.  Try to think of things that can be done without you lifting them.
#2.  Read to them.
#3.  Get a tape recorder and make up stories.
#4.  Gather magazines and cut out pictures and make a collage.
