I have been having a horrible time with changing profiles too. What you do is go to member tools (at the very bottom of the left menu)
Click on view your member profile
Once in your profile there should be a button called "Edit My Profile" click on that.
Make the changes you want and then save it. If this works please let me know. I am one day away from giving up 20 hours of my life to make a call to MSN!!!!!!!!!!

That is what i have been doing and i get this
This contact does not have a profile or you do not have permission to view it.
 
Now what does one do????????  Good luck with your call to MSN.
 
I don't make any more phone calls than absolutely necessary.  So tired of the automated services and the long waits on hold.  Our society has gotten so lazy and cheap............

I agree with you about calls!!!! But this trouble I have been having with my ids is way out of control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't sign in as SmilingSuperSmile at all and I can't get to any account some times :( :( :( I so wish we could get away from MSN completely!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for the message you get when trying to change your profile that is what I get too, so when I get answers (hopefully that isn't wishful thinking) I will share them with you :)
