Okay so before you could go to a search engine and type in "fibromyalgia symptoms" and get tons of sites with that info... today I typed that in and all that came up was sites offering "natural" cures for fibro or how such and such's son or relative has found the sure to fibro. I typed it into an MSN search engine!

So has anyone tried any of these? I'm not saying these remedies are bologna....but should we believe? It bothers me that people could make false claims....most of us have to watch every penny we have.

I know "different strokes for different folks"......

Just wondering...         *H*&*P*        juls

I've read hundreds of testimonials about XanGo, and how it's worked miracles for those with fibro. And 90% of those who say it doesn't work hasn't been on it long enough, or not taking enough of it.

Neener. lol

I believe in natural remedies I have tried so many but they don't help me.  That doesn't mean it wouldn't help someone else.  I think it depends on how your fibro affects you and how you react to the remedy.
Is there something you are looking for?

No...I was just commenting on how inadequate progress can make things....and how much harder it is to find things now with all of the so called "improvements"......bbut I do believe if a person does believe in something strong enough--it can help them to overcome.

I haven't tried much in the way of natural cures, but have been encouraged to do so.  One natural thing that does help me some is taking a bath as hot as I can tolerate with a few drops of lemongrass essential oil in the water.  It's relatively inexpensive at a health food store, and has an analgesic effect.  It's funny in a way, because I forgot about it until I started reading this post and replies and began typing my own.   LOL  These last few weeks when I haven't been sleeping well, I could've been using it.   OK, so now I need a natural cure for fibro fog so I can remember to use the lemongrass essential oil...

When it comes to natural cures, my brother is tops, check out his website, www.urban4est.com, email him and tell him you are my friend :) (he gets confused with the use of family).  He is great, if you want more info ask away :)

Best thing I know for fibro fog is a palm or something where you enter what you need to remember and it nags and nags and nags :)
