how do you deal without sleep? or what have you found that helps you get to sleep? Early on I'd get soooo mad because I couldn't get to sleep....even on some serious meds that should have made me sleep no matter what! I'd get mad...then cry because I wanted to sleep sooo bad...with time I have learned not to be sooo upset...that alone makes it impossible to fall alseep...now I just find something to do until I get there....what works for you? *H*&*P*

I slept on Saturday night.  I'd taken gravol earlier, and then my sleeping pill (immovane), and I slept.  It had been weeks without a decent sleep.  This morning I was up at 3:30 a.m. with a wicken migraine, which is driving me nuts.

I need my sleep soooooooooooooooo bad.  I have 6 children, all have special needs, and they need me to be sane.  Ok, at least functional.

Sleep perchance to dream...I have lots of trouble sleeping but I have found that the buckseed pillows help a lot and I change pillows often.  Also putting a flannel sheet under your bottom sheet helps a lot too.  What it does is keeps the bottom sheet from moving as much.  I hope this helps :)
