If it doesn't ever go away how do you deal with that on bad days?

I think about my pain never ending ( as I know it will...it will never just "go away" ).....this is a lifetime of pain we are facing.  It gives me panic/anxiety attacks so I try not to dwell too much on it.

I find that on good and ok days I do not think about it at all.  On bad days it seems to take over my brain cell.  It makes me crazy!!!
