You can use either a chuck roast, english roast or a round steak cut thick.

- Preheat oven to 350
- Take the meat and season with salt pepper and garlic.
- Place the meat in a roaster and put 2 packages of Lipton Onion soup over the meat, then add water until the meat is covered about half way.
- Let it cook for a couple of hours, check to make sure that the juices don't boil away.
- An hour before dinner peel potato's and add carrots (use the baby carrots so you don't have to peel and cut them)
- Then place the potato's and carrots in the roaster and add two more lipton onion soups. cover with water again and let it cook.
- When the potato's and carrots are done so is your meal.

The hardest part to this meal is peeling the potato's.
