Ingredients: 2 Jars of Pace Lime & Garlic Salsa
6 halfed bonless skinless breast of Chicken
In a 4-5 Qt. Pot, place chicken breasts on the bottom, add the Pace Salsa. Mix gently so some of the Salsa is under the chicken breasts. Cook on High or for 6-8 hours. If you have a 6 Qt Pot or larger, add a little water. Great when served over Mexican or Spanish Rice with Flour Tortillas.
Remember that a Crock Pot cooks from the sides NOT from the bottom. Pot must be at least half full to cook properly. ENJOY!!
