My mom made raspberry jam one time with green tomatoes-it was good  Also-I pick mine before the first frost and put them in a cardboard box-i layer them twice and seperate the layers with newpaper-place them in a dark cabinet and use when needed. They get ripe and are yummy - i usually use the last of them on thankgiving-sliced fresh tomatoes! Hugs-
