4-6 Polish sausage links or hot dogs 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped apple 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained - Cook sausages over medium heat in 10-inch skillet until brown. Remove.
- Cook onion in skillet until soft. Stir in apple and sauerkraut; cover and simmer 3 minutes.
- Place meat over sauerkraut. Cover and cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with mustard, if desired.
