Salmon Burgers
1 can (14.75 oz) Bumble Bee Salmon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup each: Chopped onion
finely chopped green pepper
fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1.8 teaspoon pepper
Drain salmon; flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan-fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments.
note: I like to saute my onions and green pepper.
