4 tbs[ of clear honey
3 tbsp of whisky(you can use Brandy)
300mi1/2 pint of whipping cream
350g/12 ounce of raspberries thawed and drained if frozen
two 40g/11/2ounce muesli bars crushed.
1] put honey, whisky and cream into a large mixing bowel.
whisk together until soft peaks form.
2]spoon a third of the raspberries int the base of four serving glasses.
divide half the cream mixture between the glasses.
scatter over half each of the muesli and the raspberries.
dividing between the glasses.
3] repeat layers, finishing with a topping of raspberries.
chill for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
