Hi gang,
I need different recipes for dips for veggies and fruit and for dipping other items, also and I'm totally clueless. LOL! Got any ideas? I have to do this for a large party soon so any help would be appreciated.

I use different salad dressings.  Ranch, Itailian, Thousand Island, and those.  I also like the power packs of mix for dip that you mix with sour cream.  Did that help any?

Hmmmm....
I'm still looking for a "sweet" type of dip that you would use with fruit. Know of any? I can't seem to find a book on dips anywhere or even online that has a bit of variety to it! LOL!

For a sweet dip for fruit try equal parts of softened cream cheese and marshmellow creme.  Fruits really need to be patted dry with paper towels for the dip to cling well.

Don't forget chocolate.  I used the bark that you melt to coat candies and decorate cookies.  It is thinned with crisco and  has to be kept warm in  a fondue pot or slow cooker We used angel food cake chunks, pineapple, marshino cherries, bananas, marshmellows, etc.

Our favorite veggie dip is the powdered onion-muchroom soup mix mixed with sour cream.  Any veggie is good.  Brocolli, cauliflower, zuchini, cucumbers, carrots, celery, grape tomatoes.
