4 cups of sliced apples
2 eggs
Put sliced apples in a large bowl, break the eggs over them and stir with a fork.
Blend together:
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/1 tsp salt
sift over apple mixture stir well.
Add:
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chop nuts (optional)
Stir well and bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 325 degree's for 50 minutes.
This is a very moist apple cake.
