3 30oz cans of brooks hot chili beans
3 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 18oz can of tomato paste
28oz diced tomato's
1 large spanish onion
1 large green pepper
2 lb of ground sirlion
 
brown meat, add onions green peppers.
drain fat
add all the other ingredients
season with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder.
 
serve with shreded cheese and pepper sauce

Here in New Mexico we put chili over fritos and put cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on the top and call it "frito pie" it is yummy! I add sour cream and salsa to mine.
