2 10oz boxes of frozen broccoli Thaw and squeeze
8 chicken breasts - skinned and boned
3/4 cup hellmans mayonaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 pkg pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing.
Layer broccoli in the bottom of a
9 x13 baking dish
Mix:
Mayo, soups, lemon juice and cheese
Dice chicken and boil 10 minutes
mix: chicken with mayo mixture and layer on top of the broccoli.
prepare stuffing as on package, then layer on topp of chicken mixture
Bake at 350 degree's for 45 minutes
