Hi Barbara & Nikki,
I recently bought Rimmel Exaggerate eye liner which has a very fine pointed tip which I have found impossible to use. You need skill and a very steady hand non of which I posses, a drunk person out of the Rocky Horror show came to mind when I had finished.
Therefore my Q is which would be easier to use a pencil or brush application eye liner and if pencil would the roll on type be better than the traditional pencil.
