Multiply is more of a social network. It is not group or user friendly. Last year, Wally started a backup group, of 2nd US Cavalry, at Multiply. He ran of space for pictures and music. Some of us, including me, joined Multiply at that time. I am at http://greystarfish1.multiply.com/ ,if anyone wants to send me a "make friends invite." I am using the Blue Slate theme. Click on Customize Site. It is under "Choose a Theme."  By your screen name, click on "settings," and then click on "My E-Mail Alerts." I only have "Invitations to be a contact" checked. DO NOT check anything else. You will get emails from friends of your friends, posts at groups, etc. Uncheck the group posts, as well. This will keep your email down. Some forum owners are leaving MSN. Stonewall has a Yahoo! Groups backup, to his MSN Groups. He is moving to Yahoo! Groups. There are some other forum owners, looking at different forums.
