Halloween is a pagan ceremony.  My church has nothing to do with it since it is not Christian.
 
You are partially correct on this.  Halloween is not a Pagan Holiday, or celebration.  It has been misconstrued as such but it is not.  We do, however, have a similar holiday that we celebrate at the same time as Halloween. (See listing below in another thread).
 
I have seen a mixed amount of thinking on Halloween.  Some religions have nothing to do with it, however others do.  Some parents will allow their children to go out trick or treating...others will not. 
 
I think it sould be left up to each individual and/or parent to determine whether this is a good celebration, or a bad one.
