OOC: I think this might make things a bit more interesting come this Sunday. And it could add to the Matt/Jackal fued.

***After his confrontation with Matt, and his talk with Viper, Jackal is sitting in his room trying to think what he may have done to cause Matt to turn on him. Was he upset that he had left for a few weeks to be with his wife? Was he upset that Jackal had finally gotten a world title shot and then dropped it? Was he pissed because all the training he gave Jackal seems to have been for nothing? All these possibilities ran through his mind.***

Jackal: (thinking) Matt thinks that he is so fucking big. He thinks that he & Fortune are the shit. Hell, Fortune is as lazy as some of those bitches Matt kicked out a little while back. Well, Matt is going to pay for all this. He'll pay for dropping me as a partner, he'll pay for making me miss the Xtreme Title match last week, and he'll pay after I rip him to shreds and leave him bleeding in the middle of Detroit.

***Jackal grabs a nearby bottle of water and unscrews the cap, taking a long drink. He puts it back on, and then continues to think.***

Jackal: (thinking) This isn't going to end at Deadly Destruction. I know it. Even after I beat Matt, and prove that I'm better. He'll come and attack me or some shit. He'll want a rematch. But I'll show him. I'll find a way to stick it to him. I'll do something that will hurt him, and leave a long and nasty wound. Hey...that's it...

Jackal: (out loud) That's it!!

***Jackal dashes to the door, and swings it open. He walks down the hallway and searches for Mack's office. He knocks on it, and then opens it and steps inside. Commishoner Cassie is there as well.***

Mack: Whoa! Take it easy Jackal. The mob after you or something?

Jackal: I need to talk to you & Cassie about something.

Cassie: Oh?

Jackal: Remember I told you a few weeks back that I'd help you get rid of Matt as Commishoner even though I wouldn't be in the match?

Cassie: Yeah.

Jackal: Well, now I want in the match.

Mack: Hold it there man! Your going to be in the street fight, and if you win, you'll be in the X-Cage. If you're in this match, that'll be triple duty. Sorry, no can do.

Jackal: Mack man. Please.

Mack: Team is full anyway.

Cassie: He's right.

Jackal: Yeah, maybe so. But how long has it been since Shane has been in the ring?

Mack: Uh..well..a while..

Jackal: And how long since I've been in the ring?

Cassie: He has a point.

Jackal: C'mon Mack. I'm not looking for a reward or anything like those bastards on Matt's team. I just want to fight alongside you and Spike and really stick it to Matt by costing him his Chief position he loves so much. So, are you gonna give this to me or not?

***Mack & Cassie look at each other for a moment. Jackal stands there waiting for a reply.***
