The part that the facilitator does is in   Blue.

The first Chakras part Is marked in   RED.

The second Chakras part Is marked in   PURPLE.

Great Spirit - We humbly ask you to bless this gathering.


Help us to sent Love and Light as well as energy to all attending our healing circle.


Help us to heal all who are in need.  Bless all who are here.  And may we be a blessing to you Great Spirit.


So mote it be.

Lets all form a circle.


We begin by saying the names of those who are in need of healing.  You can also add any you know silently, if you wish, or outloud.

Is there anyone else?

Durring the meditation, when you feel the energy touching you, simply relax and allow it to flow over you.  Feel free to use any hand motions or symbols you may feel necessary, or any other method of healing you are familiar with.


If you wish you may simply allow your energy to mingle and go where it will.


After the meditation, the energy to continue.  You may feel it flowing around you for some time, perhaps as long as 15 minutes or so. After the energy begins to slow down and dissipate, we will offer a closing prayer.


You can freely say anything that spirit moves you to say, during the cool down period.


May the Spirit fill each of you with the pure perfect energy of LOVE tonight.  


Now let us get started.  Are we all ready?

We will begin by freeing you of any negative energy that may have accumulated by breathing deeply.


Slowly inhale through your nose.  Imagine you are drawing pure white energy in.  Feel it fill your lungs, feel the energy radiate out ward and fill your whole body.


Now exhale slowly through your mouth.  Imagine all the negative thoughts and feelings you have, blowing out of you, like black smoke.


Breathe slowly and deeply. Feel the white energy filling you.  Feel the negative energy leaving you.  Deep breath several times.


As you breath deeply, begin to relax, feel peace fill you.

We are now going to begin to connect to mother earth.


Visualize roots coming from your feet and your Base ( Root ) chakra.  


They move down through the Earth, twine themselves together forming one thick root and then continuing to reach further and further down into the earth.


They move faster and faster down thru the soil, rocks and stone searching for the earth’s core energy.  Until finally they merge with the hot red pulsing molten energy, that is contained within Earths's core.


Continue to breathe slowly and deeply as the energy begins climbing the roots �?reaching higher and higher until it begins to touch your feet.


Feel the warmth there at the soles of your feet, a cleansing warmth that soothes and energizes at the same time.


Feel it begin to rise still further �?up your legs. To your thighs and then feel the warmth beginning at the base of your spine.


Envision your Root chakra as a warm red circle of light, the home of your kundalini energy.


Envision it beginning to open and gently spin, and as it does so feel yourself becoming grounded in your physical existence, in the here and now.

The energy now stretches and reaches your 2nd chakra located just above your pelvic bone.


See the Orange color brighten as the chakra begins to spin and open fully and begin to feel alive, energetic, and creative.

Then allow the energy to move on to the 3rd chakra, which is located between your navel and solar plexus and is yellow.


As it opens and begins spinning, you will feel your self confidence soar as you realize that you can have all your hopes and dreams.



-------------              Que the second chakra person by whisper



Then the energy moves on once again. This time to the 4th charka, which is known as the heart chakra.


Its color is green and as it opens and begins spinning you become capable of giving and receiving unconditional love.

The energy reaches up again to something that may be new to you.  Something that has always been there waiting, waiting for us to grow.


Not the 5th ( Throat ) chakra, but to another �?located directly above the physical thymus gland and between the heart and throat chakras…it is called the Thymus Chakra.


It is turquoise in color and is a gift to you from the universe to quiet the mental body and to help it to become receptive to transmissions from the higher realms.


This is the chakra of transitions and will help you to merge into the 4th and 5th dimensions.

Now the energy moves on to the throat chakra.


Its color is blue and as it opens and begins spinning your communication skills and mental creativity will sharpen.

Then you feel the energy begin touching your hands. You feel the warmth and power envigorating the palms of your hands.


Opening the chakras there and then moving quickly up your arms …to your shoulders, and then it merges with the energy waiting at your throat chakra.

If you feel a bit dizzy or light headed at this time.


Simply touch each finger together and place your feet firmly on the ground and allow the energy to flow. This should help.

Combined now, the energy then reaches your 3rd eye chakra located in the middle of your forehead.


Its color is indigo and it begins to open and spin and your intuition and psychic abilities are aroused and sharpened.

And then the energy that is of the earth is at your crown chakra.


You will see the deep rich purple as it begins to open and spin and will feel your relationship with the universe unfold before you.

As it does envision a door at the top of your head opening and the white light of the universe beginning to pour down from the heavens and begin to mingle with that of the earth.


It rushes downward meeting the earths energy fully at the thymus chakra which is activated immediately.


You feel the overwhelming sense of love that explodes and radiates outward as the new energies meet within you and then rushes thru your whole body filling you to overflowing with the healing energies of love.

Feel it flow outward from your thymus and heart chakras and out thru your hands and into those next to you and then into the circle.


Let it flow and relax and allow it to simply be.

We ask now for all gathered tonight in this room to be connected to this power of the healing source so that we may allow it to be used for the higher good of all living things.


You may see flashes of faces and pictures of places as we drift in this energy.  Don't try to sort it out.


Simply drift and allow it to flow as it will.  One to another.


Love flows and heals all things.


Relax and allow it to heal you and those we have placed in the circle.


Feel it move around you -- move with it.


Sway gently back and forth as it pulls you.


It is very strong, as it goes about its work.
