I always make this and so far everyone that has had it loves it. I do make huge batches of it and freeze some and then have a quick meal when I need one. So, please feel free to double or triple or whatever. And it is so easy that when you double or triple or whatever you treat all ingredients the same and double or triple or whatever to them.
