Corn Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup Corn Meal
1/3 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
2/3 cup Milk
1 Egg
3 Tbl Oil
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 deg., Oil in an 8 in. round pan
Combine Corn meal and dry ingredients in a bowl
Add milk and egg
Add oil mix thoroughly
Pour into pan
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown for corn bread
For corn sticks bake 15 to 20 minuets
