Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Place beans, milk, lemon juice, garlic and roasted red peppers in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside. 3. Arrange pita bread rounds on baking sheet. Brush each pita round with olive oil. Bake for 6 minutes. 4. Spread each pita round with bean mixture leaving a ½ inch border. Arrange ingredients evenly over bean mixture and bake for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated and crust is crisp. |
