cake
6 egg whites seperated
6 egg yolks
1/2 c sugar
1 c all purpose flour sifted

take the egg whites and 1/4 c of sugar and beat it with beater till it forms stiff peaks then in a seperate bowl blend the egg yolks and the rest of the sugar until it forms a creamy light yellow color.
alternately mix the flour and yolk mix into the egg white mix while beating

prepare and pour into a pan and bake at 375 F for 20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean

Creme
1 can sweet condensed milk
8oz heavy whipping cream
2/3 c of evaporated milk
1/4 brandy
1 tsp vanilla extract

mix together and when the cake is done poke holes with a fork or toothpick in the cake till it touches bottom.  Then pour Creme over the cake.  Let the cake cool in the fridge for 2 hours.

Topping
8 oz heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

beat till stiff and like cool whip consistency.  (don't use cool whip it isn't as good)
Then top with topping and add chocolate covered strawberries, cherries, peaches, bananas, or mangoes.  This is delicious!

I will recomend this cake. If you can first try it from a Mexican Panaderia, do so. That way, you'll understand what it is. They are expensive. But, yum yum.

This sounds delicious. I was watching "Throwdown With Bobby Flay" the other evening and Bobby competed against a guy who is an expert at making donuts. One of the donuts this guy makes is a three milk donut and that donut won him the competition.
