I thought we might run this like a Auction House. Things would be brought in, (anything) and place on the Block. The way you win something would be by posts. One thing I might place for auction is my art skill and make any one who wins about ten new tags for them. This is just my idea, I would like to hear what others might like, I know a groups is not run just by the Owner but its members. So please do give your ideas this group is very new and I just liked the name and did not really think past it. |

Though a site is ran a lot by the members, it is the owner that is its creator. Most join a site for what the creator has to offer for their entertainment. True as it is that you can get opinions for the site itself, but you rather first have to present an idea for its creation process first. If you simply ask the members, as you have seen, you are more then likely going to have frustrated members that decide not to stay since the site has no content or idea behind it. I speak on this as I find it interesting what this site now is. I was one of the orignal people for the site called "The Auction Block" Our site became hacked and deleted, but we could not retreieve the original name when we tried to recreate it. So instead I created "The Auction Block 2" in its place. I think what you propose is an interesting idea, but I do not see yet how you would make this idea work. You would have to set up standards, rules, and some form of actual organization to it. |

Though I will be honest with you, six of us eleven members are from the original site, and we are quite interested to see what it is you are going to do with the site. What can I say, we had some quite dedicated members = p So I am sure if you come up with some ideas for it, I can make sure they give their opinions on it. OK I need a little more help I have added a few new pages and I need to know if this I good or is it to much like the "The Auction Block 2" I am trying to make this my own and I hope that nothing I added here was a copy of any other room. |
